She knows what separates practitioners who build lasting careers from those who do not, and she will tell you the truth about which side of that line you are on. Her mentorship focuses on skin knowledge, consultation skills, treatment planning, client experience, and building a practice with real staying power.
Jennifer Routliffe
Nearly 30 years of experience in esthetics and wellness. Jennifer works from the belief that exceptional skin results come from understanding the whole person, not just the skin in front of you. Her approach integrates nutrition, hormones, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing into how she treats, teaches, and mentors.
